ACS-AEI ARC Committee Member Application

Thank you for your interest in serving on the ACS-AEI Accreditation Review Committee (ARC). As a part of the volunteer recruitment process, we require all individuals to complete the application below. Once submitted, staff and the Chair of the ARC will review your application.
