This research study is aimed at investigating work/life balance initiatives in the workplace and their role in the recruiting and retention of working mothers. By participating in this research, you will have a voice to organizations about what they can do differently or continue to do to recruit and retain you as a valuable employee. As part of a national study, your responses will help give us a perspective on the work/life balance issue across different regions in the United States, and will highlight regional differences with respect to work/life needs and priorities.
