Please find the 2017 Community Vendor Application with this online form.  Review the document carefully and provide thorough information to all open response questions. Once your application is completed in its entirety and submitted, you will be notified if you were selected to participate.  

Please provide an updated proof of the organization's not-for-profit status.  Incomplete applications and/or applications without proof of the organization's not-for-profit status will not be considered.

THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS MARCH 20, 2017. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Terms of the Community Vendor Agreement may be different than in prior years.  This application shall be subject to the approval of the terms of the Community Vendor Agreement by Vendor and the Fair Saint Louis Foundation.

    • 9 vending hours
  • July 3, 2017
    • 4:00pm – 10:30pm
    • 6.5 vending hours
  • July 4, 2017
    • 1:00pm – 10:00pm
    • 9 vending hours
  • 24.5 total vending hours
