Questions 3-20 are verbatim from the 2020 FCC questions asked and 21-24 are those from Nat'l 911.gov

This form helps the IPSCC collect the data requested by the Federal 911 Office and the FCC in annual reports to both of those agencies. While it is voluntary for each ECC/PSAP to submit the data, a complete aggregated assessment cannot be made without information from each ECC/PSAP.

If you have questions regarding the data requested, please contact Craig Logan at (208) 258-6526. It is also requested that this Survey Form be completed online; however, if that cannot be done for some reason please get with Craig and he will enter the data for you. The data is due before close of business 21 May 2021 and is for the calendar year of 2020 or your jurisdiction's 2020 fiscal year. You may need to reach out to your County Clerk's office for some of the answers to the questions.
