You are invited to participate in this study, “Introducing Sex Communication to Youth.” The purpose of this project is to conduct an exploratory study to identify the methods used to improve sex-related communication among youth, caregivers, and professionals.

Participants who agree to participate, may choose to only complete the questions you feel most comfortable responding and/or you may also choose to stop participating in the study at any time. If your decision is to stop participating in the study, the responses you provide will not be used in the overall analysis of the results.
You will be asked to respond to questions regarding your knowledge about how to communicate to and with parents/caregivers regarding sex interests in youth. Some of the questions may be difficult to respond to but please do your best to respond to all the questions.
