Our contract is set to expire with the County of Fresno in October and for the third straight year our community is suffering from a recession. This survey addresses the impact to our community and the threats we face as public sector workers. Your input is key in guiding the negotiating team as we meet with management and work to develop a contract that you can all support. Please take a few minutes to give us your thoughts on the following issues.

In California we are currently experiencing attacks on public employee wages and pensions. In addition to these attacks, a piece of legislation has been introduced by lawmakers to make bargaining illegal for all public workers.
