1. Overview

The Fulham Road Collaborative (FRC) comprises Chelsea & Westminster Hospital in Chelsea and the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea, Sutton & Central London.

The FRC is seeking to partner with a supplier with proven knowledge, expertise and a track record of supplying and implementing high quality soft FM services. The FRC intends to work closely with the supplier to improve their ability to deliver high quality patient care. Procurement will be undertaken using a Competitive Dialogue process and we will invite a minimum of 3 bidders to participate shortlisted from an upcoming prequalification stage.

The purpose of this questionnaire is to seek some initial views from the market to help develop the proposed strategy and how the service will be procured. It is not a tender document and should not be construed as such. All costs of preparation to be borne by any potential bidder.

The client is seeking a service provider to deliver Soft FM services including General management; Healthcare Cleaning (Domestics); Portering; Patients & Retail Catering (including automated services); Linen & Laundry; Waste Management Services; Reception; Helpdesk; Security Services; Window cleaning; Pest Control and Car Parking. The approximate timescale is for up to 10 year contract starting July 2025.
