K-12 Educator Professional Development and Lecture Series

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and the Maryland Council on Economic Education invites you to attend their annual free professional development lecture for K-12 educators. Attendees will hear economists’ and other subject matter experts perspectives on the economic impact of tariffs, trade disputes and trade imbalances. Attendees will also receive free teaching materials and resources from the Federal Reserve and Maryland Council on Economic Education.

Date and Time: October 10th, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Location: The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Baltimore Branch at 502 South Sharp Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201

Parking: On-site parking is limited but there are several affordable options nearby. Additionally, the Baltimore Branch is also located right by the Light Rail at Camden Yards.

Refreshments: Heavy Hors d'oeuvre and beverages will be served.

Logistics: Registration is required by October 4, 2019 and please note that Federal Reserve Law Enforcement requires that you show a government issued Photo ID to enter the Bank. It is recommended that you arrive by 4:45 p.m. to allow yourself enough time to park, walk to the Branch, and go through law enforcement screening.
