By filling out this survey, your company is agreeing to participate in the NGAF TA Center SNAP produce incentives solutions demonstration booth during the 2021 NGA Show. There is NO COST for participation in the NGAF TA Center demonstration booth. Completion of this survey will be used as verification that your company's solution is successfully operating in at least one store and is approved by the store management and the incentive program funding agency.  

The NGAF TA Center will provide A/V equipment for display of video or PowerPoint demonstrations. Content for audio/visual presentations must be provided to NGAF TA Center by August 31, 2021.
