The City of Portland’s 2026–27 budget process is starting. Our City's budget should prioritize what matters most.

This year, we’re asking the community about District 3 priorities. Our goal is to bring your voices to City Hall, and your feedback will help guide future investments, policies, and services in your neighborhood. We’re asking for your help in building a Portland City Budget that reflects the issues that matter most to you (click for information about the City’s budget planning process).

We invite you to share your thoughts through this survey, which takes about 5-10 minutes to complete. Responses are anonymous, unless you choose to provide contact information; if you provide contact information, your identity will only be known to Councilor Koyama Lane and her staff and will remain confidential to the public.
