Hanover Park Park District Community Survey

INSTRUCTIONS

The Hanover Park Park District is conducting a Community Survey as part of an extensive effort to gain broad feedback from the community at large as the park district attempts to shape its direction for the next five years. Your feedback will allow us to continue to do the things that provide value to the Community, improve in the areas you believe we need to work on, and help us to identify creative new ways to serve community residents.

This survey represents an important opportunity for you to give us your candid and confidential assessment of the Hanover Park Park District. To insure confidentiality, we have hired consulting firm Executive Service Corps of Chicago to administer the survey and analyze survey findings for the park district.

Please take 10-15 minutes to fill out the below survey. You may want to get input from other members of your household who use park facilities in formulating your responses to the questions below. We would appreciate as prompt a response as possible so we can begin to evaluate results even though the survey will be open until October 2nd.
