Tell Us Your Health Priorities

The health service has allocated £896,000 over three years to the North Locality, which covers Erdington and Sutton Coldfield Constituencies, to develop a plan to tackle health inequalities.

The plan is being developed with input from community groups, health providers and citizens. We are keen on getting as many people’s views as possible to help us identify the actions that are needed to tackle health inequalities in the Locality.

Through previous conversations and analyzing health data we have developed a list of priorities for the area and want YOUR feedback.
