VIEWER SURVEY

SEX EDUCATION:HEALTHY CHOICES

NEW MEXICO PUBLIC BROADCASTING SYSTEM

Thank you for taking our survey on Sex Education: Healthy Choices, a Public Square broadcast on New Mexico PBS on August 27. We want to know your views on sex education and the role of schools and parents in educating teens about healthy choices. Your input will help us determine how much our viewers know about sex education and how our program impacts their opinions.

It will only take about five minutes to answer 12 questions and share some background information. It will be best if you can take the survey before and after viewing the program. But if you can only take the survey once, we still value your input.

Please be assured that your responses will be treated confidentially.
