2015 U16 Youth Club Championship Individual Registrants

In order to foster the division, U-16 girls may apply as individuals to be placed on a "free agent" team. The U16 girls’ division will consist of a clinic and leadership day on Friday followed by tournament format play (5v5) on Saturday and Sunday. Coaches and jerseys will be provided. Players must travel with their own chaperone or find a "sponsor" team also attending the tournament who will act as their chaperone during the event.

Individual Registration: $145.50

Lodging is the responsibility of the individual and his/her parent or guardian, in conjunction with chaperone /sponsor team.
