Jury Trials Conducted During the Pandemic |
Courts across the country began to reopen and host jury trials virtually and in-person. To help trial lawyers learn from the experiences of those who have litigated a case during the COVID-19 pandemic, AAJ developed this survey to track cases that have moved forward. We estimate it will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. All questions are optional. Thank you in advance for sharing your experiences.
