Career Transition Survey

The Alumni Association seeks your assistance as we build a database for our members to reference when making critical career decisions, particularly the decision to remain in the Coast Guard or leave active duty service. We appreciate your cooperation in this activity, which we think will prove very helpful to transitioning alumni and yield interesting data. With the exception of your option to serve as a mentor, all of your replies will be confidential and grouped into a comprehensive report.
