The Menominee Indian Tribe and Menominee County are partnering through the SPARC (Strategic Planning and Action for Revitalizing Communities) with East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission to explore new opportunities for economic development, housing, community services, and community investment. There are 5,400 members who live within 50 miles of the reservation in Shawano, Oconto and Langlade counties.
