Job Description

Main Objective
Handle corporate communications, content creation (copy / artwork / video), website management, and event planning across UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a communication strategy that includes media outreach and social media content creation and curation.
- Research, write and translate articles, press releases, and content for the company website, and infographics
- Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring high-quality and error-free copy
- Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm and develop content
- Maintain website content / pages on a regular basis
- Liaise with external agencies on campaigns and designs/artwork needed
- End-to-end event management including managing logistics, branding, suppliers, guest list, invitations, video and photo coverage
- Overseeing video direction/production/ editing (client testimonial videos / corporate videos)
- Support HR with career fairs planning, branding, booth design, coverage (and attend when necessary)
- Evaluate results of communication campaigns and submit monthly reports to management
- Build and maintain relationships with external journalists/editors and key external suppliers
- Participate in internal continuous improvement projects

Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Communications and Copywriting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Proven social media expertise
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Word); knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
- Basic Adobe photoshop/illustrator skills is a plus
- Basic experience in WordPress is a plus
- Excellent time management, and creative skills
- Strong entrepreneurial skills with ability to work in start-up like environment
- High level of commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
- Willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia and/or regionally around 3 to 5 times yearly

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or any related field (essential)
