* 2. How MANY MAP BOOKLETS? You will need to keep 5 at the studio and we ask you to distribute some to area sites like restaurants, lodging establishments and libraries.

* 3. HOW MANY BIG PAPER ROAD SIGNS? These are included in your OSW fee. We recommend one sign for every turn in the route to your site from a major nearby town. Signs are intended to guide visitors to your site in the last 3 or so miles from your studio. You may need two signs per turn if you want a double sided sign. For your first time doing this, it will take a significant amount of time to weather proof your signs. NOTE: If you order fewer than 5 signs, you are misunderstanding their importance in getting people to your studio unless you are right on a major route.

* 4. RETURNING OPEN STUDIO PARTICIPANTS. How many date change panels do you need. This is for people who have constructed their signs and only want to change the date and their studio number.

* 5. PERMANENT PLASTIC SIGNS AVAILABLE. 2 sided yellow plastic corrugated signs for $11 each. This includes the wire bases and shipping to you. Note: You agree to only use them for our events.

* 6. HOW MANY POSTERS? Posters are full color 8.5 x 14. New this year, posters show a sampling of art work from around the state.

* 7. HOW WILL YOU GET YOUR MAPS, POSTERS, AND SIGNS? Everyone is responsible for arranging to get their materials.
We do try to coordinate with others from your area who may be picking up materials for themselves. Note: If someone from your area picks up for you, it is your job to fetch your order promptly (they are doing you a favor.)

I will pick up from 371 Elm St, Montpelier 05602. APPOINTMENT NEEDED. (Look for the yellow OSW sign on the lawn).
