Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

I attribute my success in REO to attending and networking at industry conferences, being an active member of REO associations and from fellow REO brokers’ generous and insightful guidance and advise over the years. As a member of the Advisory Council, I hope to continue to give back to the members and learn at the same time. The industry is constantly evolving and the Force is on top of these changes. As a member of the Council, I hope to contribute to the Force begin holding regional meetings so members can get to know one another and share best practices and to provide a private Force group chat/discussion line.

Brown possesses the qualities of excellent real estate agent; integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, and a high-quality professional network.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

I have 20 years experience with REO and think I can be a good asset for the council, my years of experience I have seen a lot in the industry.

Justine Jimenez Garcia, Owner-Broker, Countywide Properties Inc

Justine Garcia established her real estate company, Countywide Properties, in 1998. Since then, Garcia has mentored new associates in managing and selling properties. Garcia has been recognized as one of the top 250 real estate agents by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) for three consecutive years (2015-2017). She also was proudly recognized in HousingWire Magazine’s “2016 Women of Influence.” Justine also serves on various committees for NAHREP and Florida Realtors, and has been the director for the Miami Association of Realtors since 2015.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

It would be an honor to serve on the FORCE Latino Advisory Council because of my passion and commitment to advocating for Hispanic home-ownership. I served as the 2017 President for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), South Florida Chapter, and was part of their 2018 board, and currently serve as a NAHREP coach for five Florida chapters. I continue to volunteer my time to this cause and would love to do so for the FORCE Advisory Council.

Jim Hastings, Owner/Broker, Hastings Brokerage

Jim Hastings has been in the REO market since 1984. Hastings has closed approximately $1B in transactions. Not only does I have a staff of fully trained able assistants, but he is also the Co-Founder of Broker Brain REO Management system that is used throughout the US.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

I am hoping to get really good things in front of the membership. You guys have the ability to do this and I am hoping I can give you good ideas and help.

Donato Orsini, Owner/Broker, Broker Stone Tower Realty LLC

Donato Orsini has been in Real Estate, both commercial and residential, for 15 years. Orsini has worked in engineering, management, and sales for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Donato has extensive training in Sales and Customer Service; he is also proficient with a variety of IT software. Over the past eight years, he has been concentrating on his real estate activities in REO and Short Sales.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

Serving on the Force Advisory Council would give me the opportunity to provide input on how we can support, develop, and enhance the REO business. The real estate industry will be going through some significant change in the coming years and through communication and developing relationships with business leaders it will provide the opportunity to share ideas and challenges so we can better help our industry progress and prosper.

Steven Pagano, Broker, First Hawaiian Realty

Steven Pagano is the Principal Broker of First Hawaiian Realty. Pagano has over 12 years of experience in service to the default market industry. He is also the former Broker/Owner of Pagano Properties, an independent REO Brokerage in Long Island, NY.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

The REO space is changing more rapidly than ever. The successful broker and agent must quickly adapt to these changes. I believe my leadership experience and background may be of benefit to our membership.

Sarah Richards, Broker, Spring Mountain Realty PLLC

Sarah Richards is an experienced REO Broker, and Short Sale Specialist, with over 15 years in the industry. Richards has a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in Business Administration. She also has several certifications including REO’s and Short Sales, CDPE certification, HAFA certification, Equator Certification, RES NET Certifications. Her motto is "She will do anything, and everything she can to make the process faster and smoother to help you!"

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

The FORCE is a great way to get more people involved and would love to help in any way I can with the betterment of Council.

Regina Shaw was licensed in 2004. Shaw has been an REO agent since 2008. She has completed over 533 in REO, and short sale transactions.

Why do I want to join the FORCE Advisory Council?

I want to help agents and brokers new to the REO business, and help to keep those of us who have been doing REO for years sharp.
