In recognition of Governor Cuomo's Charge NY initiative, which seeks to reduce energy-related greenhouse gas emissions by expanding the number of electric vehicles and charging stations in New York State, the NYS Office of General Services (OGS) Procurement Services is conducting this survey to determine if there is a need for an aggregate buy for Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs) on behalf of OGS authorized users.
For the purposes of this survey, ZEVs include compact cars, sedans, crossover sport utility vehicles and mini-vans that are either battery electric vehicles (BEVs), which are fully electric and do not have a backup gasoline powered engine, or plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV), which have a limited electric range and have a backup gasoline engine for additional range.
Please assist us in determining the demand for an aggregate buy by completing the survey and providing information on the types and quantities of ZEVs that your organization is planning on purchasing.
