Illinois Workforce Survey -- HR Professionals, we need your help!

2022 Illinois Life Sciences Industry Survey for HR Professionals

We need your help on this confidential 7-minute survey. In the interest of removing barriers to entry in technical fields, iBIO, Northwestern University, and Waubonsee Community College have partnered to determine how to design and support a life sciences ecosystem with intentional focus on equitable talent development. By completing this survey you will provide critical information that will help us develop programs and resources to reduce those barriers to entry.

Please carefully review and respond to the following survey questions with regard to your technical workforce. Your input will provide important data to guide the development of educational programs that will produce the highly skilled workforce our life sciences community requires. This will also help us to better showcase the area’s strengths, develop resources and alliances to further the industry, and attract talent to the region.
