ANNUAL MEETING SURVEY

We are excited to begin the final planning stages for CTANW's first 'Annual Meeting' slated to be held on Thursday, June 9, 2016. The Annual Meeting format provides additional opportunities for education, building partnerships, and leveraging the Association's ability to attract new allies and opportunities. As we enter the final planning stages, CTANW"s planning team wants to hear from you! The following survey is designed to help the planning team and Executive Committee put together the final pieces for June's Annual Meeting. CTANW is considering expanding the hours of the Annual Meeting to facilitate the addition of new features. Which of the following would work best for you? (Please check all the apply)

Early-day schedule: 7:30a-3:30p

Basic schedule 1: 8:30a-4:30p

Basic schedule 2: 9:30a-5:30p

Short schedule 1: 9:30a-4:30p

Regular Schedule: I would prefer it remain the same as the others.... (10:00a-2:00p)

CTANW is considering consolidating the Annual Meeting into a single location (rather than the satellite locations for the quarterly meetings). The recommendation currently on the table is to host the Annual Meeting around SeaTac Airport to facilitate the easiest transportation opportunities.

Yes, this seems like a reasonable consolidated location for the Annual Meeting.

I like the idea of a single consolidated location for the Annual Meeting, but I have a different idea for the location (below)

Even if it's just once per year, a consolidated location would prohibit my ability to attend.

I don't have a preference. Let me know where to go!

CTANW may have additional expenses associated with expanding the June Meeting into an Annual Meeting. To address any added expense, CTANW is considering a registration fee. In assessing registration fees, CTANW's Executive Committee needs to consider what fees are reasonable, and whether or not fees would prohibit a member's ability to participate. What do you think is reasonable?

$15-$25 is reasonable

$25-$50 is reasonable

$50-$75 is reasonable

I don't think a registration fee is reasonable

I think a registration fee is reasonable, but it would probably prohibit my ability to attend
