This survey is intended for residents of Kings County and is being conducted by Canadian Mental Health Association - PEI Division, in order to better understand mental health support needs of the region. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this survey, you may withdraw at any time.
There are 9 questions, that will take approximately 3 minutes. The survey questions are about local experiences of mental health as well as program/services needs for Kings County residents. Your identifying information (such as your name) will not be collected and all responses will be kept private.
