You've checked in with us. Now it's our turn to check in with you.

Hotel Vermont is partnering with NAMI Vermont, United Way of Northwest Vermont, and other local mental health organizations to bring our second annual Mental Health Check In Night. With a complimentary overnight, participants will engage in two days of mental health related training sessions, storytelling, and community connection on Monday-Tuesday, March 18-19. Dinner, breakfast, lunch, and a small welcome package are also included.

Our hope is to further de-stigmatize conversations around mental health and equip the community with the tools to support friends, family, workplaces, and the wider Vermont community – recognizing signs, addressing symptoms, navigating hard conversations, and knowing where to look when you need further guidance.

Please nominate someone in the Vermont community (and yes, you can nominate yourself!) that you feel will use these resources and continue the conversation. It is our goal that participants will be mental health advocates and resources in their respective communities following these programs.

Please understand that if you or your nominee are selected from the random drawing, accepting the complimentary overnight is also a promise to attend and engage with the programming we have put together. If you cannot guarantee your participation, please allow us to offer this opportunity to another community member. If you are selected for this program and utilize the complimentary overnight but not mental health trainings we have put together for the community, you will be charged at the daily rate of the room.
