Increase your booth traffic while supporting scholarships for outstanding Wisconsin high school students! To generate extra exhibit hall activity and raise funds for the Joel Konze Memorial/Facilities Management Conference Student Scholarship, Facilities Management Conference exhibitors are encouraged to donate a prize. Here's how it works:

1. Indicate you are donating a prize on your exhibitor registration or by filling out the form below. Past exhibitors have donated gift cards, gift baskets, electronics (TV, iPad, eReader, etc.), logo wear, or their own product or service. Suggested minimum value is $25.

2. Your prize is displayed at your booth. We provide a bag for collecting raffle tickets. Booths participating in the raffle are identified in the conference program and on the exhibit hall map. This publicizes the raffle and promotes traffic to your booth!

3. Attendees and exhibitors alike can purchase tickets at the conference registration desk, with all proceeds going toward the scholarship. Ticket holders tour the exhibit hall and drop off their tickets at the booths that are displaying the prizes they'd like to win.

4. At 10:30 am on Wednesday, conference staff members collect the prizes and tickets from the participating booths. Winners for each prize are revealed as part of the lunch during the last hour of the exhibits on Wednesday, February 28. (Winners must be present to be eligible for their prize.)

Remember: if you wish to participate by donating a prize for the drawing, please complete the form below by Tuesday, Feb. 6 so we can be sure to list your organization appropriately.
