Hello from Your Future Is Our Business. We are a non-profit organization connecting education and the workplace in Santa Cruz County. We are conducting a survey of all of the work based learning experiences provided to students throughout our region and we really appreciate your participation.

"Work-Based Learning" (WBL) is an educational strategy that provides students with real-life experiences where they can apply academic and technical skills and develop their employability. For example a student studying CAD (computer assisted design) was an intern at an architectural firm. After the experience the student committed to studying architecture. WBL programs bridge the gap between the learning and the doing.

Our goal is to increase awareness and opportunity for all Santa Cruz County students. This survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Your time and contribution will help us better serve our students.

Each workplace completing a survey will be entered into a drawing to win a staff pastry and coffee break.
