Food Security & Healthy Eating Survey

This confidential 2 minute survey will provide valuable information about food insecurity and healthy eating in the Finger Lakes region and help to make healthy food affordable and accessible for all.

You may enter a raffle for a $100 grocery gift card after taking the survey. A separate link will be given requesting preferred contact information to send the gift card and will not be connected with your survey responses.
