We hope you are still realizing benefits from the concepts you learned during your Frontline Leader Certification journey!
Before you began your training, we asked you to complete a Self-Assessment based on the 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team. This gave us a baseline for your leadership habits and behaviors going into the program.
Now, 90-days after you've finished the program, we are asking you to re-take the same Self-Assessment so you can see the progress you've made, and identify development areas where you still want to focus.
Please take 5-10 minutes to complete this follow-up assessment as soon as possible. We will then send you an email with both your pre- and post-assessment results. This will let you see your progress and do some self-reflection about your leadership skills.
