WAHPSA - Health professionals engaging with schools survey

This short survey by WA Health Promoting Schools Association has been designed to collect data on how health services interact with schools. The results will be shared at the end-of-year networking event to help service providers understand and improve their practice when working with schools. The comment boxes will also help guide a panel discussion about best-practice when engaging schools.
