CareerSource Tampa Bay is happy to adopt a “Good Jobs & Equity” approach to labor exchanges services and how jobs and employers are presented to local job seekers.  Within this initiative, CareerSource has developed a Good Jobs & Equity standard which can be viewed at the link below.  Good Jobs & Equity standards are being adopted across the country to help employers attract and retain talent in their recruitment strategies as well as presentation with the Employ Florida system.
