Before you register, please note the following:
  • You will be sent an invoice before June 2026. Registration will be completed when the conference fee has been received. This form includes questions about your address for invoicing.
  • The conference fee will be € 50.- for participants from LMIC countries and € 100.- for all others. OECD recognized LMIC list can be found here
  • Moderators' conference fee will be waived. A limited number of moderators will be selected from the list of those who expressed interest by filling out the separate call for moderators form on the AMSE website. All those who have signed up will receive a response and decision before invoices go out.
  • The email address that you will provide below should be used when you log into the conference. Only then can you be admitted
  • At the end of this form there is a box for comments
  • Registrations need to be personal. If a group is interested to register and a combined (bulk) invoice is requested, please indicate name, institution, address, and email address of the person who will pay for the conference in the space for comments at the end of the form
