I understand and consent to the following: That should I be eligible for participation in this market research focus group or interview, my contact information (phone, email, and home address) may be shared with the client for purposes related only to this particular project and are not limited to: screening calls to further determine eligibility, sending of "homework" or pre-session assignments via email, allowing access to an online platform via email, or for in-home interviews conducted at your residence.

*2.This research study will include gathering data from both adult and child/family member participants interacting with an iPad and microphone while going about a variety of everyday scenarios, which include speaking to the device (iPad), walking from one place to another in a room like environment, interacting directly with the device (iPad). Audio and data will be collected. Parents or legal guardians of minors would participate alongside their child(ren) and other child and adult participants. You can also select to participate in this study alone.

You and your child/family member participant will each receive $175 in the form of a digital Visa gift card as a thank you for your participation. Compensation for each minor (child) participant will be sent by email to their respective parent or legal guardian.
