Finding Rainbows Needs Assessment |
Survey Information
The Finding Rainbows project, sponsored by Rainbow Resource Centre, is funded in part by New Horizons for Seniors Program. This survey is the first phase of the project and looks at the needs of LGBT2SQ+ seniors in Manitoba. This survey will lead to a summit for LGBT2SQ+ seniors and service providers being held on November 7, 2017, at Canad Inns Destination Centre Polo Park..
We are asking that you take some time and fill out this survey. All your answers are confidential. You have the right to answer all or only some of the questions and your thoughts will be included in the final report. You are welcome to request a copy of the final report, which will be available in late February, 2018.
The final question will ask for your email address if you wish to receive further information regarding Finding Rainbows. Your email address will be kept confidential.
Completing this survey will take approximately 30 minutes.
It consists of 54 questions in 8 sections.
