Fest in the First Rules

Festival Rules:
• The festival is held rain or shine. Extreme weather conditions may cause closure.
• All current & potential performers must complete an application each year.
• Applications must include a full list of what their act encompasses.
• Any change of these details (eliminating or adding) before or during the festival must be approved by the Fest in the First Management. Unapproved parts of the performance will lead to your performance being cut short and payment revoked.
• Fest in the First Management reserves the right to disallow any performer not following rules or regulations

Performer Selection
• Applications will be reviewed by Fest in the First Management.
• Performers are accepted based on many factors, a few examples would be: performance type, similar acts, the annual budget and the Lake Street layout (how it is being impacted by construction which has been a major factor since 2017).
• Fest in the First Management reserves the right to reject any and all applications.
