Quality attributes and AI features of SaaS applications - user perception

2.Introduction

We invite you to participate in a research study exploring the perception of quality attributes and AI features of SaaS application users.
By quality attributes, we understand attributes describing application performance, security, usability, etc.

Software as a service (SaaS) applications allow users to access their features over the internet without installing or maintaining them on their own devices. They are run on a cloud infrastructure, and , usually accessed using a web browser or a mobile app.
Users typically use a free version with some limits or pay for the application with a subscription (e.g., monthly or yearly).

Some examples of SaaS applications:
* Social media: Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok
* Productivity: ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneDrive,...), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Drive,...), Slack, Notion, Evernote, Dropbox, Calendly
* Communication: Zoom, Ms Teams,
* Creative & Learning: Canva, Adobe, Figma, Loom, Miro, Mural, Loom, Bear App, Duolingo. Moodle
* Business Tools: Salesforce, HubSpot
* Project & Team management: Trello, Asana, Airtable, Basecamp, Linear


The survey will take ca. 15 minutes to complete.


Your responses will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. All data will be analyzed anonymously and reported only in summarized, aggregated form. The study is part of a Master Thesis at Poznan University of Technology, and thus, the results will be published in the thesis and academic publications. If you’re interested in the results, you’re welcome to leave your email at the end of the questionnaire to receive a summary report.
