United Methodist Women, with support from the National Religious Partnership for the Environment (NRPE), is organizing a UMW Climate Justice Federal Legislative Day for UMW members and friends on April 14th, 2021. Our goal will be to urge our House Representatives and Senators to pass legislation that prioritizes climate justice through a just and equitable transition.
 
Key Dates:
March 17th - UMW Legislative Day Training at 3PM ET
March 24th - Final day to register for UMW Legislative Day
April 13th - Pre-briefings from 9AM to 2:30PM ET (see state-specific times below)
  • 9:15 am ET – Pennsylvania, West Virginia​
  • 10:00 am ET – North Carolina, Virginia​
  • 10:45 am ET – Georgia, Maine​
  • 11:30 am ET – Michigan, Wisconsin​
  • 12:30 pm ET – Arizona, Colorado​
  • 1:15 pm ET – All other states​
  • 2:00 pm ET – Alaska, Utah
April 14th - UMW Legislative Day
