This 4 week program runs Tuesdays from 10am-12pm from Jan 12-Feb 2 2021.

This program will be a live cook-a-long program for older adults. As a participant, you are required to cook during this program in your own home.

You will receive a gift card to cover the cost of groceries upon program completion via Canada Post, please ensure to accurately input your address in this form.

You MUST ATTEND AND PARTICIPATE in a minimum of 3 sessions to receive the gift card. 

This program includes a competition , where you will be asked share photos of your dish each week. The winner will receive a prize at the end!
