As part of a partnership with KDADS this survey is being shared to gain lived experience from people with disabilities and their families. The ideas provided will be used to inform change for the current IDD Waiver. Anyone is welcome to submit their ideas and all ideas will be shared with KDADS, KDHE, and stakeholders.
