recognizes that the most impactful solutions for bridging the digital divide come from within communities themselves. Nobody knows the challenges, strengths, and hopes of a community better than its own members.
When communities are empowered to shape their own digital futures, they create tools, spaces, and opportunities that resonate deeply, spark innovation, and foster belonging. True progress in digital inclusion happens when local voices lead the way-ensuring that no one is left behind in the digital age.
Through your art, we invite you to explore what it means when communities hold the power to design their own digital paths.
You might consider:
How collaboration and collective knowledge can transform access and equity
Moments when community-driven ideas changed lives or opened doors
What it looks like when digital spaces reflect the identities, cultures, and needs of the people using them
The barriers your community has faced-and your vision for breaking them together
A reimagined future where digital access strengthens connections and community resilience
