Thank you for your interest in the U-First!® Train-the-Trainer program. This opportunity is designed for staff working in long-term care or within a health authority who:
  • Are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Are in a role that allows them to facilitate U-First!® dementia education within their organization.
  • Have the support of their employer to:
    • Fully participate in the U-First!® facilitator training November 3-5, 2026 in Vancouver.
    • Deliver a minimum of two U-First!® workshops annually (minimum group size of 10, maximum 20) for your organization (participants must be staff working in a long-term care home that receives public funding).
