This questionnaire is for students who are currently studying in higher education or who have graduated in the last 5 years.

We are using it to find out why some teachers, and some teaching and learning situations, are better at encouraging and enabling students to use and develop their creativity.

Responses to this questionnaire are anonymous but the comments that you make will be used to inform an open conversation for higher education teachers and students between October 30th and November 4th 2016 on the #creativeHE Google+ platform. You are welcome to join this conversation.

Thank you for your help
