Supporting the Primary Care Response to Family, Domestic and Sexual Violence Needs Assessment Survey

This survey supports the needs assessment for a pilot project delivered by Adelaide Primary Health Network (PHN) in partnership with Country SA PHN. More information about the national pilot can be found here.

We hope to capture a diverse range of perspectives, including people working in primary care settings who may not have substantial experience supporting patients experiencing family, domestic and sexual violence. This will help us design a model that is appropriate for people living and working in South Australia.

This survey will ask about:

The survey has been designed with busy professionals in mind.

There is repetition in the questions we ask about the different types of violence experienced by children and adults as your responses may be different across these types. However, to minimise irrelevant questions being repeated, you will only be asked further questions if you indicate you have had a concern about a patient experiencing each type of violence. We will also give you the option to tick a box that repeats your answers from previous questions to save you time in responding.

The first question is mandatory as it confirms eligibility. After that, all questions are voluntary so you can skip any questions or sections that you do not wish to answer. You can also save your responses and come back to it if interrupted*.

The data will be collated and aggregated for reporting to participants in a future collaborative design process, the Commonwealth, and the community. All responses are anonymous and confidential. Any identifying information provided in open-text responses will be removed before quoting.
