1.Community Disaster Preparedness Response Survey 2018
On September 7, 2017, Hurricane Irma made landfall in the Florida Keys and made its way through Miami-Dade County, affecting thousands of residents. Preparation in the days leading up to the storm, and the response efforts after the storm, have been a test to our community’s resiliency.
The HCSF is conducting this survey to learn how we can better support our community during times of natural disasters. The primary purpose of this survey is to evaluate our preparedness response as a community, identify any potential gaps or needs in our response and determine any key lessons learned following the storm.
Your input matters and we want to thank you for taking the time to participate in this brief survey.
