The Pfeife Smith World Affairs Scholarship Fund was established in 2003 by the Dayton Council on World Affairs to award scholarships to local students in areas of study including economics, geography, foreign languages, history, human rights, international banking, international business, international relations, political science, or other related fields and who plan to attend the University of Dayton, Wright State University or Sinclair Community College.
