I have read and acknowledge that I may appear in photos and videos taken by Caudwell Children during the event for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, press releases, and printed materials, among others).

I understand that if I do not wish to be included in images or footage, I must inform a staff member at reception on the day to be given a sticker, allowing Caudwell Children to take reasonable steps to avoid capturing identifiable images of me. However, I acknowledge that Caudwell Children cannot guarantee that I will be fully excluded from all images or footage, such as group or crowd shots.
