Thank you for taking time to participate in this seven-minute survey. We are asking businesses and non-profit organizations across NC about family friendly benefits they offer their employees. Our goal is to understand the range of benefits employers offer as well as their investment in and desire for family friendly benefits. Your responses will be anonymous, and your participation qualifies you to receive the results of this research if you so desire. Please note the first question is a bit long and then they get much faster to answer so please don't be discouraged!
