2024 Sponsor & Exhibitor 60-Minute Sessions

Thank you for exhibiting with us at our upcoming conference! We extend an additional appreciation to the companies sponsoring this event. We are not able to host a face-to face conference without the support of our sponsors, and we want to make certain your team members feel valued.

The 60-minute sessions for our respective sponsorship & exhibitor packages are as follows:

Major Event Partner - up to three sessions (in addition to a full-day pre-conference workshop)

Diamond Sponsor - up to two sessions (in addition to a half-day pre-conference workshop)

Platinum Sponsor - up to two sessions (or one pre-conference workshop)

Exhibitor Sponsor - one session 

Standard Exhibitor - one session, if submitted before June 30th.

We have reserved presentation slots for our standard exhibitors (and the second or third 60-minute sessions from our sponsors) during our opening round of sessions, Thursday September 26th from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m., and during our closing round of sessions, Saturday September 28th from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
