Following more than a year of social isolation and virtual connectivity, we are excited to see our friends, colleagues, and exhibitors in person again! The conference will be held at the Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk (formerly The Lexington Hotel). 

The early-bird/presenter rate for the conference is only $100, and we have an incredible $99 group rate on hotel rooms! Please plan to join us.

Individuals or groups interested in presenting at the 2021 FFLA Conference should complete the proposal fields below. Our theme this year is "Equity in the World Language Classroom." Historically, our most popular sessions have been ones that address how to solve specific problems our members encounter with targeted content for a targeted audience.

* 22. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay our presenters or offer a presenter discount beyond the early-bird rate ($100), which is already below FFLA's actual cost for participants to attend. However, we will work to ensure you are supported and celebrated for your volunteer contribution to your colleagues and to our profession.

By submitting this proposal, I understand that if accepted I must become an FFLA member ($30) AND register and pay for the conference by the early bird registration deadline (7/31/21). If I do not do so, my presentation slot will be given to an alternate presenter.

* 23. FFLA will provide a screen and small AV table with extension cord in each presentation room and access to Wifi. FFLA does not provide projectors or laptops or any necessary cables or adapters.  I understand that presenters are responsible for bringing or arranging for their own equipment as well as presentation materials such as copies.
