Fund board composition - individual representative demographics

As a member-driven organization, our Fund's commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion must be demonstrated and enabled through the composition of our board. We collect member demographic information in year one of each three-year phase for voting representatives and alternate voting representatives for each our funding members and for all civic members.

Full board participation in completing this survey is essential to setting an accurate baseline and measuring our progress. Individual responses will be confidential. Results will be presented only anonymously in aggregate.
